This study presents the detailed assessment of BrdU-labeled B cells, highlighting both their percentage and absolute counts (in 10³/ml) at various time points post-infection. We aim to elucidate the dynamics of B cell proliferation, identifying key trends in response to infection at intervals of 14, 17, 21, 24, 28, 31, 35, 38, 42, 49, 52, and 58 days. Understanding these cellular dynamics is essential for advancing immunological research and therapeutic strategies.
