Expression of Apoptosis-Related Genes in LTED Cells: Real-Time RT-PCR Analysis

This study investigates the expression of apoptosis-related genes in LTED (long-term estrogen-deprived) MCF-7 cells. Real-time RT-PCR analysis was conducted using RNA extracted from MCF-7 cells cultured without estrogen. The methodology is based on previous research (Chan et al., 2002; Martin et al., 2003), which provides a foundation for understanding the molecular changes in cells lacking estrogenic stimulation. This analysis aims to elucidate the apoptotic mechanisms in LTED cells, potentially offering insights for breast cancer treatment strategies.
