  8. Solar System Components • Drain-back Solar Water Heater • (3) 4’ X 10’ SunEarth “black chrome” collectors • (2) 120 gallon Rheem/Ruud Solar storage tanks • (1) SunEarth “Steca) Differential Temperature Control • (1) Grundfos Pump • (1) 10 gallon drain back tank • (1) 1 ¼ Tempering valve

Scope of Work • Build storage shed for solar tanks and equipment • Replace roofing on south slope (by EBHC) • Install collectors, tanks, valves, differential temperature control, and pump • Connect all components and plumbing to serve 5 townhouse units. • Instruct Co-op residents regarding recommended system maintenance and operation
