The IYF Transition Project, implemented by OTRT in collaboration with Citywise Education, seeks to provide critical out-of-school education and personal development programs for young people in disadvantaged communities. This initiative focuses on early school leavers through Midschool and Fast Tracks programs, integrating leadership skills development and social education in Afterschools. With a proven record of enhancing literacy and pro-social behavior among participants, the project aims to bridge the educational gap, foster self-confidence, and prepare youths for successful transitions into higher education or skilled employment.
