Services & Venue • The venue where the youth club events will occur is in Longbridge Lane, Longbridge, Birmingham. • It has been built very recently so it is in good quality for your children to be in. • It is the venue we will use to do activities for the people who are joining the youth club. • The venue looks very appropriate for teenagers and young youths as the exterior design of the venue looks quiet attractive. The venue is located in a very safe and peaceful area. The youths will sometimes do outdoor activities and go to trips.

Services- rooms in the venue • There is a lot of space in the newly made venue, this will give us an advantage in having more space when the youths do their activities. • There are 9 rooms in the venue this includes a dinning room, function room, 5 rooms that are used to handle activities, there is a very big function room that can be split into half due to its size and a mini pub to entertain the elderly such as the parents and other adults. • The rooms are very spacious and quiet big so many youths will be able to be fit inside one room. One room is equivalent to one big hall. • The venue is open at 10:30 a.m. and closes at the time of 8:30 p.m. and it is always closed at Sunday.

  4. Activities • The activities are the main thing that happens in the youth club. • In the youth club there will be many activities that are going to be done. • The activities will be arranged by putting them in certain days with certain hours on how much time it will take for the activity to end. • The activities will be in a very organised way so it will be easy to understand and follow. • I will use the questionnaire and use the sport and activities the people desired and picked in the questionnaire so they know I am listening to their opinions and views. • The sports that are going to be included in the youth club is basketball, swimming, cycling, dance, trips (outdoor), football, cricket, rugby and a lot more. I will be looking for more suggestions from people who want to join. • The sports and activities that are going to be used will be held in separate rooms and some in the same room as the size of the room can be quiet huge.
