  4. New Rules Rule #3: All programs must document candidates’ essential skills through valid performance assessments

  5. New Rules Rule #4: All programs must contribute to data systems that permit: • evaluation of program impact on student learning • Productivity based on market demands

  6. New Rules Rule #5: All programs must be accredited based these rules and other standards deemed appropriate for the interests of students – From Day One
