How it Should be Taught in Class • The way I think it should be taught in class is by starting the session off with a class discussion they are asked about their piror knowledge about Captain James Cook. While They are saying these the teacher is writing a mind map up of what the student’s are saying. With when student’s have finished the teachers handout a information sheet containing information on Cook and his first voyage. The mind up is to stay on the board while students complete the sheet in which they will have to create a Coni logical ordered timeline and also a semantic map on the Main points of Cook’s life and voyages. Then when students finish they come in and have a discussion if anyone had got anything right before and what they learnt after reading the sheet.
