  6. Procedures for application development by CIIDS • Develop written outline of purpose for application and how it should work • Describe user (audience) needs • Describe administrator needs • Describe security requirements • Provide or guide graphics development

Procedures for application development by CIIDS (cont.) • Contact project manager for appointment • Discuss project details with programmers • A time and cost estimate will be prepared • When all agree, the application will be developed • Application will be tested before being put into production
