  3. Formulation Process • Staff discussed needs, ways of meeting • Wrote first draft of subgrant application • Contacted Dr. Vinson, discussed same • Finalized application

  4. Subgrant, 2009 – Greg Vinson, PhD • Establish system for transferring data from database software to data analysis program • Determine best analysis approach of some outcome measures (eg, CAFI-XC) • Establish system for analyzing outcome data

  5. Outcomes • Initially reviewed current systems, suggested alternate mental health measures • Analyzed outcome data • Established protocol for extracting data and entering for analysis • Wrote SPSS script for automated importation and analysis of data

  6. Lessons Learned • No difficulties, no modifications needed with our project • Subgrant process straightforward, staff supportive and helpful
