  2. Service Quality Management Rewarding Reward Provisioning, Fullfilment & Triggering • 1. Quality-related events (e.g. dropped calls) are picked up from RT/NRT interfaces. • 2. The events are pushed up to Online Analytics for subscriber behavior analysis and offer matching. • 3. Should the analysis result in detection of an actionable event, a workflow engine immediately executes a fulfillment workflow, e.g. provisions a reward for a subscriber into an IN/OCS.

  3. Yield Management Trigger campaigns for Specific Subscribers from Under Utilized Cells Campaign Execution Platform • 1. The system detects subscribers who often make calls or send SMS from a particular location area (automatic white-listing) • 2. The system monitors capacity utilization in each location area (number of calls/SMS). • 3. The system automatically generates campaign mechanics for each of the individual location areas to increase utilization during periods of capacity under-utilization. • 4. The system automatically launches different campaigns in different areas via a Campaign Execution System. • 5. The system automatically analyzes the yields, adjusts mechanics and re-launch campaigns.

If the analytics results in detection of a SIM card that matches a fraudster profile, the Online Analytics launches a workflow that blocks the SIM card in the HLR. • 4. Sophisticated profiling rules can be configured and enforced with minimal latency. No datawarehouse is required.

Cloudfone SQZ: Introduction • Cloudfone SQZ • Cloudfone has developed a proprietary technology that allows Android Devices to perform Data Traffic Compression and Traffic Optimization reducing the drain of Cloudfone devices on network bandwidth. • Cloudfone SQZ is similar to Blackberry DataSmart technology, but works with any Android 4.0+ devices. • Cloudfone SQZ reduces consumptionofwireless network bandwidth capacity without network infrastructure upgrades. • No upgrades or changesto the core network are required. • CloudfoneSQZ enables the operator to offer lower data tariffs or increase the data usage for the same price due to the savings in data network capacity.
