In this study, BALB/c mice were inoculated with TUBO cells and subsequently treated with different serum types, including α-neu.Ab from mice previously treated with cryoablation and CpG, pNeuE2 vaccination, naïve control serum, or monoclonal Ab4. The treatments were delivered via a single tail vein injection, and tumor volumes were measured 30 days post-inoculation. Results indicate a significant impact on tumor growth (P<0.01) based on the treatments received, demonstrating the potential of adoptive serum transfer in tumor management.

Figure S2. Cryoablation + CpG serum adoptive transfer controls TUBO growth. BALB/c mice were inoculated with TUBO 3d before adoptive serum transfer of 25 µg equivalent α-neu Ab from mice previously treated with cryo + CpG or pNeuE2 vaccination, naïve control serum, or 25 µg monoclonal Ab4 (n=3-5) as a single tail vein injection in a total volume of 200 µL with PBS. TUBO tumor volume 30 days after inoculation. **P<0.01
