Winning Criteria • Trimester nominees must achieve plan • Channel Leads should provide examples of: • How plan was achieved • New distribution gains • Ad feature and display gains • Results driven by aligning with BU and CAT MAN team • Linkage to ABP • Channel Leads will provide to team the above top-line results at scheduled due dates

T1 Winner • Food Lion was our best performing Grocery Nat Acct, +17% through April • Results driven by working with our wholesalers and MDMs in eliminating OOS through our OOS tool • Display incentives for Super Bowl, Easter, May ad features to drive execution • Continual over-communication with wholesalers and MDM group on all VAP programs • Mandated Out of Department Meat Displays for Easter and Cinco • Work withs to monitor execution with top wholesalers • Came in above forecast trend with every brand except Tsingtao

T2 Winner • Overall 104.6% Vs Plan and +7.2% vs PY • Exceeded plan on 5 brands - CX, CL, ME, PAC • Secured display support in The Pantry a 1,400 outlet chain based in North Carolina working with 14 RVPs • Secured distribution gains in The Pantry that delivered over 8000 incremental cases for CX 18 packs, Modelo Especial 18 packs ,Corona Extra 24 oz cans and Coronita's during T2 • Developed local programs in key markets including Orlando, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Charleston, Charlotte and Raleigh and Fayetteville. • Dan also secured a 2 for $4.00 CX/CL 24oz can feature in Hess Stores (FL) that delivered over 700 incremental cases.

T3 Winner • Came in above plan with 5 out of 7 brands and finish T3 104% to plan • Corona up +1.7% • Corona Light +6.8% • SPG +1200% • Paul executed 76 in club demo events supporting new product placements for Corona Light, Modelo Especial, Pacifico and Tsingtao providing a platform for consumer interaction and education of our brands. • In BJ's and Costco SE/NE Paul secured and executed Crown Imports 4 pallet POD out of department displays for the 2 weeks during the key holidays

  8. 2010 Team Player • Katie is a self starter, results oriented individual who is extremely effective at utilizing all the information tools available to support not only the Club/Mass/Military team but the efforts of the entire NA Off-Premise department. • ABP process • New item forecast • Key Holiday Ad / Feature and Monthly Plan tracking for our entire department. • BAR decision committee • She not only executed her position but also filled in for the NA BUOM and the Sam's Club/Military CDM for 5 months while the position was open

  9. 2010 Crown SEAL • Exceed Plan: Dan finished at 103.5% of plan and delivered on the largest brands that drives Crown velocity. Achieved plan every Trimester • Distribution: Dan picked up nearly 400 pts of distribution in the challenging world of convenience. • Space: In collaboration with the Cat Man team & Mark Whiting secured category validator status with The Pantry. This will result in increased space and assortment in 2011. • Targeted approach: Dan secured incremental features in The Pantry by localizing our Summer Sweepstakes via the addition of a local consumer addition supported with mandatory displays.
