Account & User ManagementActivation Process at Go-Live • October, 1st account administrators will receive an activation email that account administrator will use to enable its user account, set-up username, password and secret questions. • After logging-in account admin will log-in and will send activation emails to all users associated with the account. • Account and some user information (first name, last name, email) will be prepopulated.

  13. Password Criteria • The password must conform to the following standards: • Minimum length is five characters and maximum length is ten characters • Must have at least one alpha character • Must have at least one uppercase and one lowercase alpha character • Must have at least one number (0-9) • Must have at least one special character, such as *, +,&, and @. • There should be no white space
