The Standard TEFL Course is for someone on a budget and well travelled or lives locally so they can come to class everyday and join the rest of their classmates during the three days of teacher training in real schools. This course is popular with people already in Thailand that have obtained either an online TESOL or a TEFL Training certificate with another company and found they have no idea how to teach or they need our certificate to obtain their work permit with the ministry of labour.

15. What is the Hybrid TEFL Program? The Hybrid TEFL program begins with online TEFL training from your home country prior to your arrival in Thailand. After which you arrive in Thailand to have almost everything covered: from resort accommodation, in country set up, organized excursions, to Thai culture immersion, all from the moment we greet you at the arrival gate. Your two weeks of in class training with your fellow classmates here in Thailand will build on your existing knowledge through intensive in class training along with real teaching practicum to Thai students in real classrooms.

16. Who is this for? The Hybrid TEFL Program is for someone who wants to complete some of the theoretical aspects covered during the training course online prior to their arrival in Thailand. This will ensure that you have a firm understanding of TEFL methodology,  grammar and lesson structures in addition to principles and practices of English language teaching. Pro Recruitment allows you to arrive in Thailand at our training facility to obtain in country orientation, Thai culture immersion, peer-to-peer practice with fellow classmates, teaching practice at a real Thai school to build your confidence before you start working as a teacher in Thailand.

19. Who is this for? Pro Recruitment is for someone that already holds both a degree, 120 hour (in-class) teacher training certificate from an accredited (TEFL, TESOL or Celta) training company and some previous teaching experience. This is for someone that does not want to jump right off the airplane into an unknown teaching position, but allow yourself a week at a resort to get used to your new environment, while honing your teaching skills to real Thai students of English, then be placed in a teaching position when you are ready.

20. Guaranteed Placement What is guaranteed placement and how is it that we can offer it? Guaranteed placement is a course element Entrust TEFL are proud to have. They have consistently managed to place every student since inception in 2004. They are able to guarantee placement to students due the simplicity of our presentation to schools and the ease of access to teacher profiles.
