  2. 1ST. I’M HERE TO EXPLAIN THE POWER OF MY REPENTANCE! VSS.1-6. • A. In vs. 1 Paul was given permission to speak. • 1st. We see Paul’s recognition of the King. • 2nd. He begins where he always does……… • B. Note closely his own personal testimony. • 1st. Note his childhood in verse 4. • 2nd. Note his course in life verse 5. • 3rd. Note his contrariness to Jesus in verse 9. • 4th. Note his cruelty in verses 10-11. • 5th. Note his commission in verse 12. • 6th. Look now at his confrontation in verse 13-18. • 7th. Now note his choice in verse 19.

  3. 2ND. I’M HERE FOR “PROCLAMING THE RESURRECTION.” VSS.7-8. • A. Some believed there is no resurrection???? • B. Others believed that the resurrection of • Christ was a hoax?????? • C. Still others say it has already past & there • is no resurrection of the dead for saints?? • D. Look how Paul personalized it for them.v.8. • E. He preached IT and Christ as the first fruit…

  4. 3RD. I’M HERE SO I CAN PREACH AT ROME. • A. The courtroom at Caesarea was not his • final destination. Why? • 1st. Turn to Romans 1:14-17. • 2nd. He was respected. 26:30-32 &25:25-27. • 3rd. Paul had a reason..(given in 23:11.) • B. We see 3 men & a great distinction in them. • 1st. Festus is the confused one…….. • 2nd. Agrippa is the convicted one……. • 3rd. Paul is the contented one…….
