Deviance Human behaviors or actions that are considered to be wrong, bad or inappropriate
Are the following behaviors Deviant • Each group should discuss there topic and be able to explain why or why not? If you think it is deviant how should the school administrators, teachers, students respond? • Group #1 – chewing tobacco and using a “spit cup” or spitting tobacco on the ground • Group #2 – Males walking around with no shirt on in school or females walking around in bikini tops in school • Group #3 – Answering your cell phone in class • Group #4 – Texting during class • Group #5 – Sexting other students
