A profile of Tycon Partners Tycon Partners specializes in Regulation A+ by assisting companies in gaining access to general public growth capital, including non-accredited investors, which represent 97% of investors. Tycon Partnersprovides a turn-key, Reg A+ process with a team of Clevel advisors, experts and professionals. As part of the JOBS act, Regulation A+ provides companies with pathways to the public markets through general public growth capital to a “DPO” Direct Public Offering listed on the NYSE MKT. Reg A+ allows companies to raise up to $50 million in every 12 month period. Tyconpartners was founded in 2015 by Glenn Bierman and Natalie De Marco with the goal of assisting companies in gaining access to general public growth capital.

Mr. Bierman has served as a CEO & Board member of both public and private companies, as well as an Investment Banker with over $1 billion in transactions, including IPO’s, M&A’s, ADR’s and private placements in Technology, Life Sciences, Media and Energy. Ms. De Marco is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur and consultant with a proven track record, experience and success in Finance / Investment Advisory, Technology, and Manufacturing. Natalie has operated in diverse senior management and CEO positions at privately held, publicly traded, growth stage, domestic and foreign based corporations.

  5. Ms. De Marco held a position as USA East Region Group Vice President and Senior Vice President at Fisher Investments for 13.5 years. In her first four years Ms. De Marcobrought in more than 300 clients and $400 million in assets under management.

  6. She was ranked in the top 10% consistently and achieved the $100 million Club (twelve month period). Fisher Investments manages over $65 Billion for Private and Institutional clients and is one of the world’s largest global independent investment advisory firms. She held several management and executive positions Prior to her employment with Fisher Investments including President/Treasurer of Benthor-Sanijura, Inc., Miami, FL (U.S. division of BeneBenthor, S.A., Lyon, France). Tycon Partners was formed when an opportunity to assist companies growth with Reg A+ was identified. Mr. Bierman and Ms. De Marco were already both successful in their careers and started this firm because they realized the importance and value of this new regulation and want to help client companies achieve their goals.
