About The Founder Dr. Deepak Kumar Agarwal Founder, Managing Director & Chief Gastroenterologist Globe Medicare & President Gastro care Medical Research Foundation Dr. Deepak Kumar Agarwal underwent his MBBS and M D (Internal Medicine) from prestigious King George College, Lucknow, U.P. He was awarded Gold Medal for his outstanding performance as an MD student (best Student, best resident, and best researcher). He joined Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute, Lucknow, U.P, to complete his DM (Gastroenterology), and subsequently continued his academic carrier at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, by undergoing advanced training programs and acquiring newer endoscopic skills.

Our Services Gastroenterology Gastroenterology can be divided into two main areas: Gastroenterology medicine and Gastroenterology Intestinal & Minimal Invasive Surgery Gastroenterology Medicine Gastroenterology is the branch of medicine whereby the digestive system and its disorders are studied. These disorders may affect the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine (colon), rectum, liver, gallbladder, or pancreas. Gastroenterology is a sub-specialty of internal medicine. It encompasses the diagnosis and treatment of diseases involving the digestive tract and liver. This includes a wide range of problems such as swallowing disorders, heartburn, ulcers, abdominal pain, weight loss, diarrhea, colitis, constipation, jaundice, bleeding, colon polyps, and cancer of the digestive tract.
