  2. The forestry industry is the oldest branch of the national economy. In modern conditions, wood and products of its processing are used in many branches of life. LLC “Lesokombinat” is a tenant of forests and has a production capacity for the preparation of round unbarked timber in amount of 143.5 thousand cubic meters (until the end of 2017), from 2018 - 260.0 thousand cubic meters per year.

  3. LLC "Lesokombinat" provides harvesting and processing of timber in Lesnoy district of Tver region. Our business started in 2009 and has been developing steadily ever since. As of today, the total area of ​​timber cutting of our company is over 105,000 hectares. About 90 people work in our company. One of the most important conditions for the stable growth of our business is a responsible approach to the timber exploitation. We comply with all requirements of the forest code and carry out a set of all necessary measures for the reproduction of forests.

For the implementation of the forest harvesting operations, our company has three modern sets of specialized equipment: harvesters and forwarders Volvo and JOHN DEERE. 7 pieces of special equipment - Ural and Kamaz - are transporting the timber assortment from the felling sites, and 3 Mercedes Mersedes Benz Actros with hydraulic manipulator and trailer and 2 Mersedes Benz Actros cars with semitrailers are transporting to the storage sites. LLC “Lesokombinat” also repairs and maintains the forest roads, using the special equipment - a Kamaz truck, a JCB excavator and a bulldozer.

  5. The main products are: 1. Roundwood of the following species: pine tree, fir tree, birch, aspen 2. Sawn wood products of various size (wood boards, brick, bar) dried and with natural humidity

  6. As of today the main foreign counterpart of our company is the Finnish company UPM-Kymmene Oyj, with which there have been concluded the contracts for the supply of round, unbarked timber from birch and pine tree.

  7. In the asset of our company there is a railway siding, from where the timber is shipped for both foreign and Russian buyers.
