  2. 2004 Ending As each year ends we: • Look forward to better things • We look back to correct mistakes • What will be different 1 year from now? • What changes are you going to make?

  3. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Not miss a single worship service • Sunday AM – PM • Wednesday night • Hebrews 10:25 - not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

  4. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Study Every Day • Even if you have to turn off TV • Take 10-15 minutes • Read a passage • Think about it – meditate on it • Pray about how to apply to your life • 2 Timothy 2:15 - Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

  5. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Bring One Visitor • Bring a FRAN • Friend • Relative • Associate • Neighbor • Introduce them to others • Show them around the building

  6. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Go Visiting • Not just your family • Go through the directory • Visit someone you don’t know • New member • Shut-in, elderly, lonely • James 1:27b – To visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

  7. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Pray Everyday • Pick up a prayer request sheet • Pick 5 names to pray for each day • Make your personal list • Prayers of thanksgiving • 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 - 17pray without ceasing, 18in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

  8. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Put Your Heart Into Worship • Sing • Pray • Give • Study • Commune • John 4:24 - God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

  9. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Plan for Coming Events • Check the monthly calendar • Check the worksheet • Mark events in which you could participate • Are there things I could be doing?

  10. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Dare to Die • Matthew 10:22 - And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved. • Matthew 16:24 - Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.

  11. I DARE YOU –For One Month: Will you accept the challenge? Are you ready for the journey into 2005?
