  9. AFNAP Strategic Goals: Decriminalize sexually exploited domestic girls, redefine them as victims of a crime, and ensure access to holistic services. Increase arrests and prosecution of solicitors and traffickers of sexually exploited domestic girls. Increase public awareness to create zero tolerance of commercial sexual exploitation of girls.
