Desktop Registration (1) Open Internet browser and click HERE to register your Photoblog account Type your specific Username staff Remember to enter a correct email (Registration/Password retrieval email will be sent to this account) staff1@aswatson.com   Choose your BU & country (from drop-down menu) Set your own Password Provide your ASW contact (staff name and company email) if you’re not our staff

  4. Desktop Registration (2) Accept the Disclaimer  Enter the text from the Validation Image f6e80 Hit “Register” You are now successfully registered and can log in the Photoblog anytime to view and share GVD actions around the world!

  6. Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (1) Open Internet browser and click HERE to log in your Photoblog account staff Type your Username and Password  Hit “Log in”

  7. Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (2) staff  After Log In, go to Posts on the Dashboard and click “Add New” to create new post

Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (3) Pink Ribbon Walk Fill in an eye-catching TITLE in both “English” and “简中” (i.e. Simplified Chinese) to allow your post to appear in both languages of the Photoblog Pink Ribbon Walk Click “Upload/Insert” and you will see the uploading screen on the next page of tutorial

  9. Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (4) Double-click the image/video you want to upload Drag your image/video directly to this text box OR Click “Select Files”

ALWAYS select “Large” for every file upload **Remember to ALWAYS click: 1) “Use as featured image”; then 2) “Insert into Post” to finish all settings here

Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (7) Pink Ribbon Walk Pink Ribbon Walk Start of a beautiful day with all staff in PINK! :D After clicking “Insert into Post”, the uploading screen will automatically jump back to the post page, attaching your image in the text box above. OPTIONAL: You can scroll down the text box and type your caption UNDER the image

Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (8) Start of a beautiful day with all staff in PINK! :D **Categories Specify the correct CATEGORY and your COUNTRY here to enter “Rate & Win!” Competition! **Tags Add your BU name and relevant TAGS here to make your upload easily searched by viewers Examples to follow…

  14. Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (9) • Select your identity • If you are our staff, please tick ASW staff. • If you are other participants of the GVD, e.g. staff’s family members, friends, suppliers, beneficiaries, etc., please tick ASW friends.

Select the correct Award Category • If your upload fits in one of the award categories of the “Rate & Win!” Competition, tick the respective category. • (EACH UPLOAD CAN SELECT ONE CATEGORY ONLY) • Click HERE to read Rules of the Gameand check out the reference photo for each award category.

Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (13) 1) Hit “Ctrl+A” to select BOTH the photo and the caption below, then hit “Ctrl+C” to copy 2) Hit “Ctrl+V” to paste it on the “简中” tab next to the “English” tab The procedures you just did will ONLY make your post viewable in the English version of Photoblog. To show your English post for the China audience as well, copy the whole content from the text box and paste it on the “简中” (Simplified Chinese) tab next to the “English” tab.

Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (14) 粉红丝带步行日 美丽的一天, 就从一身粉红开始! :D ***FOR NATIVE CHINESE AUDIENCES: You can choose to enter Simplified Chinese TITLE and CAPTION in the “简中” (Simplified Chinese) tab  HIGHLY RECOMMEND to keep an English TITLE and CAPTION in the “English” tab to allow the audience worldwideto understand your post in English

Desktop Log In and Image Upload Procedures (17) When you scroll down the page you will see the following: Rating button (the Yellow Thumb) Click the Yellow Thumb to rate your post (each Photoblog user can only rate a single post ONCE) Social media icons Click on any of these icons to share this post on your favourable social media  so that you can rally your friends to cast their votes to your post! A comment box by Facebook Directly share your comment on Facebook via this comment box Tags The tags you just typed in your post will be shown here At the bottom of the page you can select “简中” (Simplified Chinese) under Language to preview your post in the Simplified Chinese version of the Photoblog.
