Best sports for teenagers (boys) Some of the best sports for boys: For girls • soccer • basketball • hockey. • swimming These sports require your constant movement and alertness, and most positions require you to traverse the entire field of play during a game. They also improve team work and help your body stay healthy and fit. • Gymnastics • Swimming • Track and field • Volley ball • This sports also require constant movements and flexibility.

  4. How do sports affect teenagers • Sports help teenagers live a more active life. It also helps reducing their risk of obesity, diabetes and other serious health complications, but sometimes teenagers can’t balance sport and that causes over commitment, (advantage) Teenagers sometimes abuse drugs but if they are sporty they can’t because they can’t abuse drugs and play sports.

  5. Balancing sports How to balance sports and social life: Over commitment: You can over commit to a sport if you spend to much time doing one or more activities and don’t spend time with your family or friends. Balanced day:

  6. Before and after (swimmer)

  7. Connection and why did I pick this How is this issue relevant to you? At the beginning of the year I wasn’t really sporty but now I joined more activities and so that is related to me. This is important because as you grow up you may want to give up sports so that you have more time to hang out with friends and party but you really shouldn’t. What did you learn about this issue? I learned that as you grow up you become less engaged in sports My final opinion is that teenagers should stop drugs and continue playing sports.
