  1. Biografía Julie de Waroquier es una joven fotógrafa francesa (nacida en 1989), autodidacta, y profesora de filosofía, que se inició en la fotografía en 2008. Amante de los mitos, los cuentos e intelectuales como Sigmund Freud, el pintor surrealista René Magritte, los escritores Sofía Fiódorovna y Charles Perrault y el fotógrafo Tim Walker, ha logrado destacarse en la escena gracias a su estilo de corte onírico, fotografías que evocan un mundo de fantasía con un toque de elegancia vintage.

  2. En su fotografía, busca el sueño, el misterio, la sorpresa. Trata de asegurarse de que cada imagen sea como un escape de la imaginación, que perturbe las categorías del mundo real. Trata de sondear el inconsciente en su parte más poética, y de una manera colectiva: cada fotografía se ve como la captura de un sueño que se haría realidad, y que la máquina acaba de recoger. “Estoy en un enfoque simplemente poético, que cuestiona el mundo y el hombre que lo habita: busco el sentido allí donde se querría mostrarnos el absurdo o el vacío”
