However, this delays and significantly reduces your chances of getting potential properties. Therefore, many people try to avoid it and end up unsuccessful in wholesaling houses. Finding Buyers Finding a buyer is hard, and convincing them to sign a contract is even harder. As a beginner, it’s not easy to get deals.
