  2. Description Create new, healthy, positive thinking habits while manifesting your future and healing your past. With this journal, you will be able to create these new habits by challenging yourself 9 days at a time. Sometimes it can be hard to find the time to love, refresh, renew, and heal ourselves when we're so preoccupied with work, kids, bills, relationships, etc. For some of us, finding this time seems nearly impossible. This journal is going to make it so much easier to get to your destination of healing, peace, self love, and successful manifestations. Take the 9 Day Challenge and push yourself to be the best version of yourself that you can be! Start small, for example, set aside 20-30 minutes a day to complete your daily challenge. Meditate for 10-15 minutes and then journal about what you are thankful for. Journal about what you would like to manifest in your life and the parts of you that you intend to heal along the way. With this journal, you have 36 opportunities (days) to become more mindful, peaceful, and healed.
