  3. What we Source Capital Investment Procurement team sources materials such as pumps, pipes, and valves for the plants, similar to the nuts and bolts that keep the machines up and operational. This also includes Machinery & Fabricated Equipment, Engineering Services, and Capital Investments. Sites and Services Procurement team sources services that keep our sites maintained and operational such as janitorial, maintenance and repairs, and lawn and landscaping services. The team also sources goods and equipment requested from the site such as lab equipment and machines. Logistics and Packaging Procurement team is responsible for our rigid and flexible packaging needs such as pallets, drums, totes and bags as well as our shipping and logistics carriers including freight, railcar, barges and vessels. Business Services Procurement team is responsible for sourcing all materials and professional services required in our corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing & Sales.
