  3. Futurescenarios: Futurescenarios for the years 2020 and 2030 willbe made. Scenariosarebased on: Megatrends, variables of operatingenvironments, laws and politics. Russian energystartegy 2030, EU Energy strategy 2020, EU Energy Road Map 2050 and Baltic Transport Outlook 2030.
