  1. Picking my skin

  2. Sometimes I pick and scratch at my skin.

  3. Picking my skin is not a good choice.

  4. Picking my skin hurts and could make me sick.

  5. If I get sick I might have to go to hospital.

  6. If I get sick I might not be able to do nice things like shopping, going to parties, and going to day-care

  7. If I pick my skin until it bleeds I could get blood on my clothes. I might get scars.

  8. I will try really hard to not pick my skin.

  9. When I feel like picking my skin I could try to pick candle wax off a tray, talk to staff, hand massage or getting my nails painted.

  10. If Staff see me picking my skin they will help me to stop.I will try not to hit out or shout at staff when they help me to stop.
