  5. Hedgehogs • Spines • Extra sharp, smooth, spiky hair • All over back • Spines do not come out of body • Predators get a mouthful of “OUCH!”

  6. Hedgehogs Hedgehogs can be very, very funny. Some people keep them as pets.
