ST-LAB – full automatic torque testers Main features: • Operator-independent testing • Programmable Topload control • Customer configurable parameter setup for 10 different sample types • SD card, Serialcommunication (Ethernet and USB in progress) • Quick overchange between different samples - no tool! • STATISTIC function (Average, deviation, cpk, etc) • All the sample fixings and movements are automatic, with 100% repeatable speed and forces

  5. ST-LAB advanced test modes • Application Angle Tests – Measuring the application angle while removing the closure. End of removal can be detected by: • Pull – lifting the closure when thread ends pass • Push – the thread ends’ jump-over when over-rotating the closure by 360o after the thread ends’ pass Results: • Initial release torque • Application angle • Bridge torque

  7. ST-LAB advanced test modes • Topload Seek Test – Increases Topload stepwise until the closure is ratchetting. Results: Maximum release torque and final topload
