  30. WHAT OUR PARTNERS ARE SAYING

  31. CUSTOMER SUCCESS STUDENT SAVINGS: 55% “The prices were just too high — with Barnes & Noble. We had no control over book sales and the cost of books. [With Rafter360] we don’t feel so helpless anymore in dealing with book costs.” President David Armstrong “The process has been exceedingly smooth from the student’s perspective. They simply show their ID card, get it scanned, and we have the books ready for them. It literally takes 30 seconds to hand them a bag full of course materials.” CFO and VP of Finance Tom Price

  32. CUSTOMER SUCCESS STUDENT SAVINGS: 54% “It has been just an amazing experience for both the bookstore staff and for students to be able to have that level of service, time and time again the students are walking out of the bookstore, shaking their heads, saying they have never had anything work that well. VP Admin & Finance Bill Muse “I love that there are so many ways to win with this program — students win, the bookstore wins, and the faculty win.” President Dr. Tim Summerlin
