آناتومی توپوگرافیک
خط میانی midline یک خط عمودی فرضی که از قسمت میانی پیشانی و از روی بینی و چانه عبور کرده و به کف زمین می رسد. (بدن به دو نیمه راست و چپ)
medial: نزدیک بودن به خط میانی Lateral :دورتر بودن از خط میانی
Proximal : ساختارهایی که نزدیک تنه ( نزیک محل اتصال بازو یا پا ) Distal : دور از محل اتصال(انتهای آزاد یک اندام نزدیک تر هستند)
Superior نزدیک تر به سر (قسمت بالاتر بدن) Inferior نزدیک تر به پا
