  3. Caveman Diet: lean meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, roots, and nuts. Excludes grains, dairy products, salt and refined sugar. • Pasta and Chocolate Diet: Cant drink anything but water, 1oz. of chocolate at end of day with snack of popcorn, pasta for lunch and dinner. Excludes sugar, alcohol, carbonated drinks, coffee, tea, nuts, all junk food, fried foods, dairy products, salt, and red meat • Tapeworm Diet: You ingest beef tapeworm eggs and then you take medicine to kill the tapeworm after you’ve lost the desired amount of weight. • Chicken Soup Diet: one breakfast per day, and only chicken soup for the rest of the day. • The Zen Diet: Only eat food in its natural state. No red meat, and some Zen diets call for no dairy or meat. • 3 Day Hot Dog Diet: Eat 2 hot dogs second day at dinner, eating regular diet foods like cottage cheese, tuna, fruit, veggies, and black coffee or tea for 3 days and instructed to have ½ cup of vanilla ice cream every night.
