  2. Podiatrists are those physicians who care and cure our feet. Though many of us are still ignorant about the number of feet related problems and diseases, the awareness about it is slowly gaining momentum.

  10. If you are a person who sweats a lot, then you are the one who is most vulnerable for getting feet problems. Since the feet too sweats a lot, you should excise special care in selecting shoes that can let air in and use socks that can absorb the sweat to keep your feet dry.

  11. Wear shoes when it is required the most. If you know beforehand that you are going to tread muddy areas and involve in adventure sports, it is good that you wear a good pair of shoes to protect your feet from both injuries and infections.

  12. By chance if you a notice a nail which is damaged and if you want to avoid it from your friends , applying nail polish over it is considered to be doing more damage than help.

  13. The last but not least of the tips is to trim your nails properly now and then to keep it look both clean and healthy.
