After seven years, he joined Highland Middle School, Libertyville, Illinois as Associate Principal and served the school until July 2005. Thereafter, he worked as Principal of Deer Path Middle School, Lake Forest, Illinois until November 2011.

He assumed the role of the recruiter and trainer of talent, and identified viable candidates from different sources such as databases, directories, personal networking etc. He helped increase efficiency in upper management leadership by guiding other administrators about the issues, processes and policies in HR procedures.
