  2. How to choose Trade Show displays for a Successful Exhibition What is a Trade Show Display? A trade show display or and exhibition booth display is a graphic presentation to display products at a Trade fair or local Trade shows. There are many kinds of Trade-show displays like Tabletops, Banner standees, Pop-ups and Flat panel displays etc.

  3. Reasons for putting up a Trade-show display There is a huge audience at the Trade shows, who are out looking for new products in the industry. So, Trade-shows become an ideal platform for new as well as old companies to make their presence felt and also present an ideal opportunity for the company to interact with the buyer/ end user directly. Trade shows and Trade fairs give a chance for the companies to display their latest products, and offer them to test-market before launching their products in the market. Also, receive the feedback of the end-user. On a functional level there are the following 4 reasons for companies to display at Trade shows- • To sell • To launch a new product • To create a brand image for the company • To interact and receive the feedback of the buyer

Commonly used types of Trade-show Displays: • Table Covers- If the exhibit space has a table placed for display or to sit behind and interact with the customers, this table itself can be used as an advertorial with a Table cover. The commodity that was to be only utilized can now be converted into a display and be used to attract customers and also create a brand image of the company, in the minds of visitors as well as serious buyers. Such displays serve to give a recall value and strengthen the brand image.

  5. Portable Displays- These are a type of Tabletop displays, which are made out of totally lightweight material. It looks very attractive and catches the attention of the buyer. • Banner Stands- This is another lightweight option for Exhibition booth displays, which has one big sixe graphic held in a standing frame. There are different types of banner stands available in the market like- Outdoor Banners, Folding Banner Stands, Automatic Scrolling Banners, X-shaped Banner Stands etc. • Table Top Displays- These are mostly tent-shaped displays in lightweight material, which mostly require no labor support to setup. Table Top displays usually have a small, collapsible metal framework, which supports the graphic panels through fasteners, Velcro or magnets.

  6. Trade Show Booths- These booths are usually used to set up temporary shops inside malls and other public places, and even exhibition grounds. These are pretty simple to set up and having foldable materials, easy to transport as well. With the basic knowledge of the kinds and utility of different kinds of Trade-show materials, one can chose the right type to use to exhibit their products in a Trade show.
