  3. 1. OVERVIEW Order Import Magento Extension enables the customer to import orders through csv rather than processing each one individually. Overview: -Store owners process orders in bulk on a daily basis. It's always a challenge to processes these orders individually. Surprisingly, Magento does not have an inbuilt functionality where-in the customer can import orders in bulk. -With the help of Order Import Magento Extension the user can simply create a file and import orders directly to the system. Our Order Import Magento Extension provides a way import order to be highlighted in the order detail screen. -The extension is easy to install and use. The Order Import Magento Extension is Lightweight, fulfills the task with minimum obstruction and is in line with the Magento Order Management Workflow.

  5. 3. Display in Admin -After install the extension is successfully installed, admin can click on “Sales” → “Brainvire OrderImport” in the Magento Admin Panel. -On this screen you can easily place bulk orders in Magento

  6. -Select the csv file by clicking on “Choose File” -Chosen csv file will be saved in the var/import/folder. -If there was any error during the process, it will be displayed on the page and a log file will be created - “brainvire_order.log” in the log/ folder.

Error Message screen shots: -If import order product does not exist then it displays an error and also creates a log file - “brainvire_order.log” in var/log/folder. -The row for that order is skipped and further order processing continues. -If order number in CSV already exists in the Magento System, an error is displayed as shown below. A log is placed in the log file at ” brainvire_order.log” in the var/log/ folder. -The row for that order is skipped and the order processing continues.
