Learning Outcome • Pre-arrangement preparation is important when organizing events • Good communication with helpers before actual event results in smooth process • Good customer service towards all customers is vital • Time management is important (able to finish packing all goodies before the distribution timeslot) • Learn to communicate in a proper manner with suppliers • Follow up is crucial after the distribution of goodies

Recommendations • Suppliers to label their products properly as all products looks similar • Suppliers to deliver their products on time • Receipts to be staple at the center of purchase order form • Ensure helpers are free to help the Festive Team throughout the whole process • Inventory are to be stock up (more masking tape are needed)

Coming Up Event… Pastries Obsession Delicacies such as cheesecakes, brownies, and chicken pies from Pure Eddiction and Don Pie Club. • Briefing to all TEP students on 15th February 2005 • Sampling of food on 16th & 17th February 2005 at Link way • Order and payment starts from 16th to 25th February 2005 • Consolidation of orders from 16th to 1st March 2005 • Fax consolidated orders to suppliers • Collection of goodies on 10th March 2005 at Bazaar
