  3. REPORTS MENU* The following screen shows the reports / updates that will be available from TERMS. Once a report has been generated the printout will be accessible via OPTISPOOL.* All other reporting is being transferred to the new School Reports Menu available via the Data Warehouse.   4. UPDATE GRADES USING PINNACLEThis option is used when you updating grades from the Pinnacle gradebook to TERMS grade file, A12. Educational Technology Services

  5. TRANSCRIPTS MENU On this screen you will be able to produce your transcripts.Transcripts can be printed from OPTISPOOL.You no longer need to go to the G06 panel to print the official transcript. Educational Technology Services

  6. SCHEDULING • You have two scheduling menus • One is for REPORTS and the other is for Updates Educational Technology Services

  9. TERMS MENU CHANGES • A27 is no longer available. The report programs that you ran on the A27 will now be run from the TERMS Report Menu or School Reports Menu available via the Data Warehouse. Educational Technology Services

  10. EXTERNAL REPORTING The process for accessing External Reporting has not changed. From the TERMS main menu select. Option 9 – Access External Reporting. This will give you another signon screen to get to your external menus. Educational Technology Services

  11. OPTISPOOL The only signons that have access to OPTISPOOL is the “EX” signon. ETS will is defining other signons to OPTISPOOL. They are going to start with the “SA”, “GD”, and “GR” signons. If someone needs a signon other than the ones above please email your request to DWH Mail. The web/dpc site has instructions on how to access Optispool. Under the Table Of Contents see “Optispool – State Data Reports”. Educational Technology Services
