ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES • Manage team – game sheets, call-ups and game reports, team bank account w/ team Treasurer (letter of direction from GM) • Documents: Budget Template, Individual and Team order Forms Uniforms (Website under Resources – Forms) • Flags (Equipment Manager): Teams will purchase their own flags this summer • Net pegs (Equipment Manager) Uniforms – New Game Jersey and Kits •

EASTERN ONTARIO SOCCER LEAGUE Club participates in the Eastern Ontario Soccer League (eosl.ca)  U9-12 Development League (Prem, D1, D2)  U13-18 Competitive League (C1, C2)  U13-18 Regional League (Regional) -Club registers teams (Registration fees) Teams participate in festivals/tourneys of their choosing -Team Fees

  5. CLUB SCHEDULE Team Training Sessions (Summer) • U9-10 Development -Two sessions/week (60 minutes) and one game • U11-12 Development -Two sessions/week (75 minutes) and one game • U13-18 (Regional and Competitive) -Two training sessions/week (90 minutes) and one game

  6. TEAM MANAGER CLUB Certifications • Police Records Check Level 3 Vulnerable Sector (Required) • Require Volunteer Letter from GM • Making Headway in Soccer (Recommended) • Respect in Soccer (Recommended)

  9. SPORTS ENGINE (SE) • Managers will be given admin privileges on their team SE accounts • Managers will be added to Manager SE portal (Club communicates with managers, creates events, chat function with other managers)

  10. SE: HOW TO ADD A PARENT • Must be done by the Account owner • Follow these steps.

  11. SE: PICTURE ID (9-18) 1. Sign in and go to Household tab 5. Resize the image 2. Choose profile that needs a photo 6. Save Find instructions here. 3. In the top-left, click the Camera Icon • Click Clear Photo if there is a picture you need to remove 4. Click Upload a New Photo

GAME NIGHTS EOSL Game Days For all weeknight games standard kick-off times will be as follows: • 18:30 until August 14th • 18:15 beginning August 15th • 18:00 beginning September 1st *Later kick-off times will be permitted only on fields with lights. The latest permissible kick-off time on fields with lights will be 20:30.

  17. RESCHEDULES The Rescheduling process has changed this year. Teams had a deadline of April 20th to submit two blackout times where the league will not schedule games. During the two-week summer break, if two teams agree, they may schedule a game. To inform the league, Copy the opponent’s coach on an email to league@eodsa.ca to add the game.

  18. RESCHEDULES (CONT.) No other games will be rescheduled expect: 3.The League reschedules the game 4. The referee does no show and no replacement can be found 1.At the discretion of the referee, at the field. 5. The Municipality or venue closes the field. Not Clubs, but towns, cities or facility owners. 2.A weather warning has been issued for the area of the field and the travel time is more than 1 hour to the field. The visiting team must notify the league by 2pm on the day of the game See the reschedule process

  19. PLAYING UP OR DOWN • U9-12 (5 call-up per year). Ø Squad rosters • U13-18 Call-ups with approved Player Permit Ø Play-up age/division Ø Examples: GU14 C1 play-up GU14 Regional or GU13 Regional play-up GU14 C1 or GU14 Regional Ø A player may only play up a maximum of 5 times per year across all teams Ø A team may not use more than 5 call-ups/game unless more are needed to get to a roster of 15

  22. IDENTIFICATION U13 to U18 teams only. U9 to U12 teams do not require ID. (May require for Festivals) That TRR goes to every competition with your game sheet. Old E2E Digital and/or plastic cards will not be accepted as ID. You receive your TRR from your Club.

  26. HORNETS CUP 2024 • All teams will have registration fees paid by Club • Tourney-style Festival for Boys and Girls U10-12 • All teams will be required to bring TWO volunteers when your team plays • Information can be found on our homepage.
