  1. Progettazione di un sistema informatico che supporti la gestione del processo formativo 1° obiettivo: Creare un database con i profili di tutti gli utenti, in cui integrare e aggiornare nel tempo le informazioni in mano all’Area Risorse Umane con le attività e le competenze specifiche di ogni dipendente.

  2. Progettazione di un sistema informatico che supporti la gestione del processo formativo 2° obiettivo: Progettare un sistema basato su domande e risposte che garantisca l’aderenza tra gli interventi formativi e le esigenze del personale, strettamente legate alla propria attività. Fornire risposte concrete agli interrogativi che si incontrano quotidianamente nell’attività lavorativa. Individuare gli spazi critici in cui intervenire puntualmente con la formazione.

  3. Progettazione di un sistema informatico che supporti la gestione del processo formativo 3° obiettivo: Realizzare uno strumento di monitoraggio continuo dei bisogni formativi, snello e immediato.
