Empowering JPNs, PPDs, and schools (Mengupaya JPN, PPD dan sekolah) • Maximise use of ICT (Memaksimumkan penggunaan ICT) • Transform ministry delivery (Mentransfomasi penyampaian kementerian) • Partner with parents, community and private sector (Bekerjasama dengan ibu bapa, komuniti dan sektor swasta) * • Maximise student outcomes (Memaksimumkan keberhasilan murid) • Increase transparency for public accountability (Meningkatkan ketulusan untuk akauntabiliti awam)
