Discussion Questions • Provide an example of what you consider to be a really good governance model and explain why it was effective • What are the warning signs that a governance model is not working? • What differences need to be governed in a big e-health project vs. a smaller one (e.g. $25m vs. <$500k)? • Do you have a preference for larger vs. smaller committee sizes? Do you have a preference for lots of working groups or hardly any working groups? Why? • How do you ensure that a project governance approach is aligned to the business or clinical values of key stakeholders? • What personal attributes do you look for in selecting governance committee members? • What are your top 3 critical success factors for effective governance?
