  1. i-MBR Side-stream, in vitro MBR system for Water Treatment About i-MBR Modules PHILOSEP i-MBR is in vitro, cased and decompression type membrane modules. It is different to other submergible modules in the way that they are not submerged into a tank but inject drain water into the modules, circulate water, and decompress filter. PHILOSEP i-MBR is applied to MBR processes and it is manufactured in packaged systems. i-MBR is easier to maintain and compact compare to other submergible modules. How i-MBR Works i-MBR system, in vitro MBR system, maintains stable permeation rate in a low pressure by decompressing at filtering part of modules to lessen contamination when operated in a long-term.

  2. Features of RCM Membranes • Braid, a firm fiber, is the support of the membranes that shows high durability and it prevents snaps even in a long-term aeration. • Even pore size means excellent filtration, high pressure-resistant, elastic and fast recovery from a long-term operation. Applications of i-MBR Modules 1. Treatment of Wastewater from Living-stock or human waste which is high in viscosity, total solids, or MLSS. 2. Wastewater Treatment of low MLSS and low loading 3. When installing membranes in small or low places 4. When installing indoor and user-friendly automatic system is wanted 5. When installing system while considering expanding in future 6. When the place is not possible to expand in space i-MBR Flow diagram

  3. Features of i-MBR Modules • spider-web design inside of the modules prevents them from contaminants to stick. • The modules have built-in Aerators and this makes the system designing convenient. • The insertional housings make aeration extra effective. • Available to Back-wash, CEBW and CIP periodically or intermittently. • The modules have hydrophilic PVDF separation membranes that show excellent chemical-resistance. . • .
