  2. History of Project • ADAD and CDPHE collaborated in a Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) Prevention Program with a grant from the CDC in 1992. • ADAD funded Statewide project in 1996 – Prevention Block Grant dollars $70,000 • Continues today funding source the same, $117,871

  3. COFAS-POP • Based out of the University of Colorado Denver, within the Area Health Education Center System • Started in 1996 State Wide Focus
