  8. One of the most influential times in the epigenome is during puberty. You have a great deal of POWER at this point in your life! 1. What is the one choice you make at this point of your life that could be benefiting your future generations? 2. What is one choice you make at this point of your life that could be harming your future generations? 3. We’ll be setting a goal for ourselves this year. One lifestyle change that you’ll adopt for 30 days of our rotation with the hopes of making it a habit. What lifestyle changes could you make this year in order to benefit your epigenome?
