  1. NOT AN OFFICIAL UNCTAD RECORD Equipump Marrakech 2004

  2. Equipump – exclusive global distributor of ALNAS equipment. • Scope of Equipump products: • ALNAS oilfield equipment: ESPs, ESP motors, switchboards, fluid injection systems, maintenance/repair equipment, tools/accessories etc. • Leading Russian oilfield products: Minsk transformers, Podolsk cable, Izhevsk rods, Kurgan wellheads and many more. • ESP installation/service teams.

  3. New ALNAS products • Joint ALNAS-NETZSCH ESPCP • ANAKONDA (S-45) and PYTHON (M-45) ESP • HPR-5 Seal Section • Low RPM motors (300-500 rpm) for ESPCP • Downhole sensor package • ALSU switchboard • Water injection systems • Thyratron motor (permanent magnets motor) • High temperature-resistant ESP(up to 200Cº) • 2000 m³/day ESP • 500 kW Motor (670 h.p.) • Hydraulic drive for sucker-rod pumps

  4. ALNAS pump performance • 17 different models for different well parameters • All models can be corrosion and abrasive resistant • Capacity: 12 – 2000 m³/D • Max head – up to 2600 m • Outer diameter of pumps – S – 92 mm M – 103 mm L – 114 mm XL – 172 mm

  5. Electric submersible motor • 60 models in range of ALNAS motors • Rated Capacity: 13 – 670 HP • Rated Voltage: 380 – 2400 V • Outside Diameter – 103, 117, 130, 180 mm

  6. Switchboard • Decrease of the electricity consumption • Decrease of costs for additional telemetry equipment • Reduction of down-time of the oil-producing equipment • Decline of costs for service of the switchboardsand oil-field equipment

  7. ALNAS Fluid Injection Systems Option 1 - Horizontal ESP • The intake pressure should be between 0,5 - 3 atm. • Site requirements: • Width – 2 m , length – 24 m • Flat surface (e.g. concrete blocks) • Specific features: • Simple installation • Long run-life (average of 2 years)/highest reliability • Simple surface inspection/repair operations The system consists of: ALNAS ESP for water injection Asynchronous on-surface motor Carriage frame Switchboard Intake module

  8. ALNAS Fluid InjectionSystems Option 2 - Prospect-hole completion:The system consists of:1-ESP for water injection 2-Asynchronous on-surface motor - 250 KW, 3000 rpm, 380 3-Switchboard4-Intake module5-Intake flexi hose6-Submersed packer7-Check valve8-Tubing transmitter9-Discharge moduleThe intake pressure should be between 0.5-3 atm. System’s advantage:Smaller surface dimensions

  9. Run life of ALNASESPs

  10. ESPs: ANAKONDA and PYTHON series Features: • Wide operating range with constant and stable Q-H curves • Optimal efficiency ratio • Excellent anti-corrosion & wearout-resistant design • Easy and mistake-tolerant pump sizing • Best substitute for sucker-rod pumps • Best completion for low productive self-flowing wells • Specially designed for low productive wells • Most attractive price-quality ratio available

  11. ANAKONDA (S-45): • Head: 495 – 2400 meters • Optimal rate range: 15 – 70 m³/day • Motor load(50 Hz): 6,69 – 33,20 kW PYTHON (M-50): • Head: 500 – 2400 meters • Optimal rate range: 17 – 95 m³/day • Motor load(50 Hz): 9 – 45,20 kW

  12. Comparative Performance Curves:

  13. ANAKONDA – handling problem wellsCase #1. Self-flowing well: increasing production • 6 self-flowing wells in Uzbekistan, “Mubarykneftegaz” • Before: • Initial production dropped from 100m3/day to 5 m3/day and less • Pump setting depth – 2500 m • Gas ratio – from 100 m³/m³ to 350 m³/m³ • After: • Supplied equipment–ANAKONDA S-45 • Current production – 75 m³/day • Total effect: +330m³ of oil per day (X2,75 times)

  14. ANAKONDA – handling problem wellsCase #2. Beam-pump substitute: Increasing production • 7 exhausting sucker rod wells in Kazakhstan, “Kokjidemunai” • Before: • Initial total production has been dropping from 170m³/day to 125 m³/day over 7 years • Frequent & high workover costs • High optimization costs • Equipment breakdowns • After: • Supplied equipment – ANAKONDA S-45, PYTHON M-50 • Expected total production – 355m³/day • Total effect: +230m³of oil per day (X2,84 times)

  15. ANAKONDA/PYTHON:customer focused • Constant feedback • Design improvements • Annual ALNAS technical conference • Result: Used by all major oil companies in Russia (YUKOS, LUKOIL, TNK-BP, Surgutneftegaz and others)

  16. ANAKONDA/PYTHON: run-life

  17. Service • Customer's personnel training • Technical consulting • Supervising during pump system mounting, running and setting to operationmode • Monitoring and analysis of your pumpsystemsoperation • Maintenance of equipment at our service centers • Fast manufacturing application of newequipment • Finally, "complete service"
