Objective & Strategy • Have a large presence to increase awareness and improve perceptions • Occupy stand that provides information through displays and offers ART products for sale • Stand to be flanked by CC Ringing Centres Committee and CC Education Committee stands • ART to present a 50 minute seminar to an approximate audience of 50-60 people in separate room

  3. Venue – Newbury – Internal Large internal space on ground floor is likely to be for main exhibitors, including ART Sloped ceilings and beams present difficulties in projecting upwards

  4. Venue – Newbury – Plan Floor plan of ground floor area, showing toilets etc. It is not yet known if the areas shown as ‘Bar’ will be opened as such during the event. Previous photo taken from position and direction shown by orange arrow.

  5. Our Stand Requested to be central in front of main entrance/exit. ART stand to be flanked by CC Education Committee and CC Ringing Centres Committee

  6. Our Stand ART stand to be flanked by CC Education Committee and CC Ringing Centres Committee, with a shared Wombel for each.

  7. Our Stand Plan of stand. Includes 2 wombels to be shared with RC and Education. A ‘welcome’ desk which will be our main sales area. Rear of the stand to be information displays and another projector. Screens showing our DVDs at the front of the stand.
