  8. Prevention "If you previously smokes one pack per day, in one year, by not smoking, you would save roughly $1,500." Trying to quit smoking can be difficult, but seeking help is the first way to become smoke free. Not smoking can better your health and body. Smoking is addictive once you start and everyone in my opinion is better off without it. I want to help teens realize the dangers of smoking and what harm it can do to your body.
